How Estimates Work

1. Submit a booking request with the details of your transition.
2. A relocation specialist reviews your request and contacts you to confirm the scope.
3. You receive a written estimate prepared for your specific move.
4. Your service date is confirmed once the estimate or Service Agreement is accepted.

We do not provide instant online price calculations, because accurate pricing requires reviewing your specific circumstances. Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and may change if the scope of the move changes — see the Terms of Service for details.

Georgia Household-Goods Moves

Georgia regulates in-state household-goods moving. When these services are provided under Georgia operating authority:

• Moves of 50 miles or less are priced as hourly-rated household-goods moves.
• Moves over 50 miles are priced as weight-and-distance moves.
• A fuel surcharge applies only to weight-and-distance moves over 50 miles. It is calculated once per shipment, from the shipment origin to the shipment destination, and is not multiplied by the number of trucks.
• Regulated rates never exceed the current Georgia maximum tariff.

Rental-Truck and Third-Party Expenses

When a rental truck or third-party service is part of your transition and legally permitted, these costs are itemized and disclosed on your estimate — never hidden inside an unexplained surcharge. Categories may include:

• Actual rental-truck charge
• Rental-company mileage
• Fuel
• Tolls
• Rental coverage
• Parking
• Third-party services

Documentation or receipts may be required for reimbursed third-party expenses when appropriate.

Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits, cancellation charges, and refunds will be administered in accordance with the signed Service Agreement and any applicable Georgia tariff or law.

A cancellation fee is never charged merely because a booking request was submitted. See the Cancellation Policy for details.
