Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 11, 2026

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking or service request does not create a confirmed reservation.

A service date is confirmed only after:

  • The company reviews the request.
  • Availability is confirmed.
  • The customer accepts the estimate or Service Agreement.
  • The required $150 deposit is paid.
  • The customer receives written confirmation.

Estimates

Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer.

Pricing may change when:

  • The inventory is larger than originally reported.
  • Additional rooms, items, stops, stairs, or services are added.
  • Property access differs from the information provided.
  • Specialty handling or equipment is required.
  • The move takes longer because of conditions outside the company's control.
  • The customer changes the scope of service.

The company should obtain customer approval before performing material additional services whenever reasonably possible.

Deposits and Payments

A $150 deposit is requested to confirm a scheduled service and is applied toward the confirmed service balance. Deposit and refund terms are stated in the signed Service Agreement and administered in accordance with any applicable Georgia tariff or law.

The remaining balance is due according to the estimate, invoice, or Service Agreement. Additional approved charges may be due when services are completed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate service and property information.
  • Ensuring legal access to each location.
  • Reserving elevators, loading areas, parking, or loading docks.
  • Identifying fragile, valuable, dangerous, oversized, or specialty items.
  • Removing confidential documents, medications, jewelry, money, firearms, and irreplaceable personal items.
  • Being present or appointing an authorized representative.
  • Ensuring utilities and appropriate access are available when unpacking or setup services are requested.
  • Reviewing and approving the completed work.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

The company may refuse to pack, handle, or transport items that present a safety, legal, or property risk, including hazardous materials, combustible substances, illegal items, perishable goods, unprotected valuables, and items not disclosed during the estimate.

Transportation

Transportation services are subject to licensing, insurance, vehicle availability, service area, and final written confirmation.

The company will not claim to own transportation equipment when rented vehicles or third-party transportation providers are used.

When the customer rents and drives a vehicle, the customer remains responsible for the rental agreement, vehicle operation, fuel, tolls, and rental-company requirements unless otherwise stated in writing.

Delays

Arrival and completion times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Traffic, weather, building restrictions, customer delays, equipment issues, previous appointments, and other circumstances may affect timing.

Damage or Service Concerns

Customers should report visible damage or service concerns as soon as reasonably possible and document the issue with photographs.

The applicable claims procedure, reporting deadline, coverage limitations, and resolution process should be stated in the signed Service Agreement.

Cancellation

All cancellations are governed by the company’s Cancellation Policy. Deposits, cancellation charges, and refunds will be administered in accordance with the signed Service Agreement and any applicable Georgia tariff or law.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use the app or website to:

  • Submit false information.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Interfere with the app's operation.
  • Use company content without authorization.

Changes to These Terms

The company may update its Terms of Service. The version in effect when a service is confirmed will govern that booking unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
